THE MAGIC FLUTE

I designed the 5 characters in The Magic Flute. The Queen of the Night was inspired by diamonds illuminated by light in the darkness; Sarastro was inspired by Architectural Geometry; Tamino was Armour; and Papagene and Papagena were inspired by birds. Aseries of designs have been developed in conjunction with the Neoclassicism of fashion, and the production of The Queen of the Night's Costume.
